A: We will provide Original Mill Test Certificate certified to EN10204 3.1/3.2 for products in stock or further processing needed.

A: We will compensate the customer for all the loss without any hesitation.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 2-5 days if the goods are in stock or it will need 7-20 days if the goods need to be customized.
Q: Do you provide samples Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we could offer free samples.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: 20% Prepayment and balance see B/L copy or 100%LC at sight.
